The Hawaiian Islands are a tropical paradise nestled in the Pacific Ocean, renowned for their breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cultural heritage. With four main islands to explore—Hawaii (the Big Island), Maui, Oahu, and Kauai—each offers a distinct experience. From the active volcanoes of the Big Island to the lush rainforests of Kauai and the iconic beaches of Oahu, Hawaii is a treasure trove of natural wonders.

On her trip to Maui, Dawn stayed at the Honua Kai Resort in a Two Bedroom Partial Oceanview Condo. The resort grounds were stunning, featuring three pools, a waterslide for the kids, several hot tubs, and poolside food and drink service. Cabanas were also available for rent, offering the perfect spot to relax for the day. With onsite dining options, including Dukes, Dawn enjoyed one of the best oceanview breakfasts around!

On her trip to Oahu, Dawn stayed in Waikiki at the Outrigger Beachcomber Waikiki. Located just across the street from Waikiki Beach, the hotel offers stunning rooms, a fantastic pool for lounging, and onsite dining options, including Maui Brewing Company and Aroma Cafe poolside, serving delicious coffee, drinks, and the best acai bowls. Dawn found it easy to explore Honolulu by foot or public transit, and for further island exploration, she rented a car by the day to avoid the high parking fees.

These pictures are from when Dawn stayed at Aston Kaanapali Shores on Maui—a fantastic spot for families! The resort features an oceanfront pool for adults and a beautiful garden pool for families, surrounded by plenty of grassy areas for games. The onsite oceanfront restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. Dawn and her group spent half of their days relaxing by the pool and the other half exploring the island. One of their favorite spots to visit was the Maui Tropical Plantation, a working farm that also includes a gift shop and restaurant on the same grounds.
